Hello, 45y/o male. I am on TRT since a few years for medical reasons. TRT made my face wider. I want to get my former slimmer appearance back. Does bichectomy will do the job for me? Does it accelerate aging? I want a slimmer face but also subtle. Or Facelift? I want to keep it as my secret. When can I go back to work without noticing? I have to add that I am pre-diabetic and have poor wound healing. Can I cover it up without noticing?
