11 lines formed out of nowhere, what is this and what should I do? (Photos)

First, lines and wrinkles typically take a long time to develop--many years, in fact--to become prominent. Dryness is well known to accentuate the appearance of any preexistent wrinkles. What seems likely is that the skin became overly dry from the glycolic acid treatment and this dryness is what was responsible for the seeming sudden appearance out of nowhere of the eleven lines. It would be wise to make sure to rehydrate the skin. If the lines are still present when the skin is properly hydrated and they bother you enough, then microdroplets of an appropriate low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler can improve them significantly. And if an underlying static tension of the muscles is believed to play a role, then a few microdroplets of Botox can fix that. As to the smile lines, they do not appear to be particularly prominent on your right side and only slightly more so on your left side. If they really bother you then a small amount of filler can be used to elevate and smooth them (mostly needed on your left side). Please note: fillers properly injected can elevate and smooth smile lines, but do NOT cause them. You would be wise to make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and please do not be quick to agree to do treatments that may really not be terribly necessary at this time.
