I'm 5’6 180 Lbs, in process of losing weight. I really want small breast but I don’t want to look flat either
Answer: Bellesoma Breast Reduction At 5'6 and 180 lbs, your BMI is 29. At size 38, each 200 grams removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. 800 grams removed from each breasts to become a B, which is a huge amount and will not disproportionate to your body. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear Optimistic302049, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Active discussion with your surgeon would be appropriate Hi Optimistic, Your thought to reduce from DDD to B indicates you want to be as small as possible. It's definitely a goal you should share with your plastic surgeon at the time of initial consult. There are actually limitations with how small your breasts can be made during a reduction--this stems mainly from the amount of breast tissue that needs to be kept in order to keep the nipples and breast skin alive. Whether a B cup in size is realistic for you would depend on your physical exam. I would recommend you actively discuss your goals with your plastic surgeon, and he/she can estimate what your final shape and size could be. Hope this helps. Answer: Breast reduction There is a fair amount of tissue that needs to be removed to go from a DDD to a B cup. If you are currently losing weight it may be best to complete your goal before considering surgery. Often times women's breasts will reduce with weight loss. By waiting until after you reach your weight goal you will have a better idea about what is most proportionate for your body.
