The only way to get the result you want is with a full abdominoplasty. There is an issue though; it appears that along with the mini tuck you got liposuction. Depending on how you healed, you may have excessive internal scar tissue that will need to be divided during the revision surgery. This puts you at risk for inadequate circulation to the skin being tightened. I have a lot of experience with this situation, and I can tell you a protocol of hyperbaric oxygen should be employed for both the night before and immediately after the surgery to raise oxygen levels in the tissues until your own circulatory system equilibrates. Hyperbaric oxygen should be administered daily for the next 3 to 5 days as well. As an aside, the surgeon should place a low incision that would excise a lot of the skin with the paw print tattoos.

Although we don't recommend photos in the sitting position, because almost everyone has skin rolls in that position, it appears that you might have benefitted more from an extended or modified, or even possibly a full tummy tuck.
