What mid face lift options do I have? Concerned about nasolabial folds. (photos)

Question

My cheeks have fallen inward, causing deeper nasolabial folds and a less heart shaped face. The cheeks have fallen inward toward my nose more so than down, so I don't think pulling straight up on the cheek would be a natural-looking solution. Is there a midcheek lift that would pull more outward? Can this be done endoscopically? I don't really have an issue with my jawline, it's just the fat pads beside my nose.

Though you may be seeing somewhat of an exaggeration of your nasolabial grooves (& folds), they are still not what I would consider to be very prominent. The easiest approach to "softening" them would be through the use of fillers, such as hyaluronic acid or fat. I do not think it warrants surgical intervention.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Because you don’t show substantial signs of aging, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are likely your best option for treating the nasolabial folds you’re referring to. By strategically administering filler to the areas needed, volume can be restored and the skin lifted to provide a smooth, youthful appearance. 
Results from dermal fillers can last for up to a year or more, depending on the formula used. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector. They will be able to discuss your aesthetic goals with you and determine the best treatment option.

As a natural part of the facial aging process, there is a loss of fat in the cheek fat pads and this resulting volume deficit that now allows gravity to pull the remnants of the cheek fads downward and inward (not straight down), which, in turn, is responsible for the development and worsening of smile lines (nasolabial folds/jowls). So, in the hands of an expert robust HA filler injector it is a simple process to restore the lost volume in the upper outer cheek regions, which in turn not only returns the face to a more desirable feminine oval, heart-shaped face shape, but lifts the face in such a way to substantially diminish the smile folds. The 'fold' is a natural transition between the lip and the cheek. If you wish to reduce the depth, one either 'fills' the soft tissue; or builds up the underlying bone support - the latter is permanent. In your case, without further images, consider paranasal implant augmentation of the bone support to improve the transition contour
