I’ve had this type of textured skin since my adulthood, it runs in my family as my mom and grandmother have the exact same skin. I’d been on accutane years ago which got rid of my acne and shrunk my pores, however this hole-like surface is difficult to get rid of. My dermatologist recommended tretinoin and salicylic acid, however i haven’t seen a difference. Looking for something more rigorous to help minimize this texture
