What can be done to make my jaw appear less round?

My jaw looks far better when this filter makes both the lateral sides of my face and my jaw slightly more straight. Is there a way to replicate this in real life? Not overdo it but just slightly more angled across the board.

Generally one can "add" overlying material to an implant that is well fixated. One can use another material as well that is easier to 'carve' and customize at surgery to prevent over doing or excessive contours if you are only using a 'small, medium, large' option. Many surgeons do remove them...
