What to do about narrow jaw? (Photo)

Hello, Looking to find out what the best choice is to improve my lowe jaw. I feel it is very narrow and almost nonexistent. I saw an orthodontist and was told my teeth are straight. I do have an over bite with some mild crowding.

Generally one can "add" overlying material to an implant that is well fixated. One can use another material as well that is easier to 'carve' and customize at surgery to prevent over doing or excessive contours if you are only using a 'small, medium, large' option. Many surgeons do remove them...
