I received Bellafill injections under my eyes roughly 3 years ago and have had intermittent swelling since under both eyes, worse under my left. It was my first time ever receiving filler and my doctor recommended it because it lasted 5 years instead of only 1-2 like the others. He never told me about it being permanent but online says otherwise. Is it really permanent? Are there any options to reduce festoons? They are not nodules, just swelling. Is there a chance they would worsen?
