What can I do to improve my facial appearance?

I make lots of money and have 400k saved up. I am willing to reconstruct my face to look attractive. I am 36 and never had men approach me and always get rejected. I have been told it was because they weren’t physically attractive and have been called ugly my entire life. Please help me

What you should don when you feel unattractive and are called ugly! Let’s break this question down. First, you are not ugly by any stretch of anyone’s imagination. You cannot change someone else’s view of you. The only opinion is what YOU think about the way you look? I could give you a list of surgeries to help feminize your face and make you more attractive, but I would tell you to wait before you dothat. How all of us view ourselves often creates unrealistic expectations and solutions. Before proceeding with any surgery, you should see a very good therapist to help you delineate self Image issues to ensure you achieve the result you desire. For many people hairstyling clothing make up will satisfy these issues and avoid surgery. I’ve been doing facial  plastic surgery for 50 years and I can guarantee this will be money well spent. Remember plastic surgeons have a vested interest in discussing surgery where by they make a living. If after you see a therapist, you still decide that you want surgery. Make sure you see several plastic surgeons who are very experienced and can showyou excellent results of patients they have operated on that F faces similar to yours. I wish you good luck.
