Facial feminization revision or alternative options? (Photos)

I had facial feminization surgery in 8/24. I'm aware I should contact the surgeon that did it. But I’m not capable of going out of state again. I have some concerns and am wondering i or other treatments that aren’t invasive. I had cheekpads/implants put in my face but now im left with a flat rectangle at the peaks of my cheeks. A flat high cheekbone if you will. My forehead reduction hasnt healed the best And there is still a bit of texture/ scar tissue?(firmish lumps) also sometimes the area is flat and then sometimes it’s gets more firm and i can see the “bumps” lastly what could i do to make my face less sharp. Although i had a lot done i feel like i look gaunt/sharp.
