Dissatisfied with FFS and feel that I'm a candidate for additional work. What would make me look more feminine? (Photos)

Hi everyone, I am a trans woman who underwent facial feminization surgery about a year and a half ago. While this surgery provided my face some level of feminization, I am dissatisfied with the overall results. I feel as though my goals in terms of facial harmony and feminization were not met, and my experiences in day-to-day life reflect this. When I consulted with my surgeon, I did not have a clear idea of which features would impact my outcome and instead relied entirely on his guidance. What he ended up doing was a brow bone reduction in addition to brow lift, type 3 forehead reconstruction, jaw and chin contouring, rhinoplasty, and hairline advancement. I would like to have additional work done, not only to pass better, but also for beautification purposes. My goal is to achieve a soft, harmonious, and beautiful appearance, but I feel certain aspects of my facial structure are contributing to an androgynous look rather than a distinctly feminine one. However, when I inspect each of my facial features individually, it is difficult for me to determine what is causing this. I am seeking guidance and input from the surgeons here to identify what the major issues contributing to my androgynous appearance are, and what procedures I could seek in order to achieve a look that is more feminine and beautiful. Thank you!
