How many grafts to cover these hairline notches? (Photo)

Question

I have these bald notches on my hairline on both sides near my eyebrows and I really do not like them. How many grafts should I estimate to need in order to make them less severe? I don't want to cover them entirely because then my hairline would be too close to my eyebrows, but I would like them to be smaller and less obvious.
