How to get the right eye like my left eye? (Photo)

How do I get my right lower eyelid to look like my left lower eyelid? My right lower eyelid is also much looser (laxity) than my left lower eyelid. Would it make a difference to tighten my right lower eyelid a little more? What would be possible invasive and non-invasive treatment options?
