What is the best procedure for the draping along lower face? Would like to delay facelift. Can M8 improve this?

Each of the modalities that you mentioned work on different target problems. Morpheus 8 can help tighten the skin and so can Ultherapy, stimulate collagen production. But one has needles, the other one doesn't. It's important to look at the root cause of the problem, for example if it's loss of volume in your case, then those modalities will only make your concern worse, as they can reduce the fat under the skin. So potentially consider Sculptra or Fillers to help restore the lost volume and structures in the face.

Hello,The looseness in the cheeks has begun to create noticeable marionette lines and jowls. For a non-surgical solution to tighten the cheeks, I recommend a combination of two sessions of PLA (Sculptra or Lanluma) and three sessions of Morpheus. For a surgical option, an endoscopic facelift can be performed through the temporal scalp.

Morpheus 8 would be an amazing treatment for your concerns. It would improve the laxity along the lower face by utilizing a combination of micro-needling and radiofrequency to stimulate collagen and elastin production. After being stimulated it takes about 12 weeks after your last treatment for the collagen to build up and tighten the skin. Not only will Morpheus 8 help tighten the skin, but it will improve the tone and texture of the skin as well! To get optimal results a minimum of 3 treatments a month apart is recommended.
