Can Emsculpt NeoC cause Uterine Damage?

I got an Emscult Neo treatment in early October (and then subsequently had irregular or missed periods for the next 6 months plus terrible hormonal imbalance). I have been to countless doctors, but no anwsers (ultrasounds, labs, etc all coming back "normal") but feeling hormonal & horrible and so concerned that I inflicted this upon myself with these treatments. Any insight would be appreciated
