Can RF heat from Emsculpt NEO affect ovaries?

Good day. My boyfriend and me are trying to conceive (without success) and my eggs count is pretty low. Still hoping though. I'm almost 40. I am a bit worried, I've done series of 4 belly treatments the new Emsculpt NEO and wondering if it was ok for my ovaries and eggs. The temperature was very high on my lower belly. It left the pink mark and sweat after the treatments. Is the new Emsculpt NEO it proven to be safe for women fertility?

For safety, since mesh is being used, I would wait at least 6 months to let your tissue firmly heal to the mesh.
