Skin laxity after liposuction is not uncommon.  It can be from different causes.  One can be if you had alot of laxity before surgery or stretch marks present before surgery, the chances of the skin tightening up completely aren't great.  The second issue can be that with time, our skin will loosen even after surgery due to its elastic properties and unfortunately the older we are the less elastic our skin becomes
