Why does my filler always migrate? Should I massage or get this dissolved?

I have had fillers from world reknowned surgeons and dermatologists and this still happens. It happens with every doctor. When i smile there are clumps of filler from my tear trough that has made it next to my nose and some nasiolabal filler has travelled up. Should i massage this back into the tear trough or get it dissolved
