Clearcorrect Switch Doctor? (photo)

I started Clearcorrect aligners 10 months ago, my doctor quit and I was transferred to another doctor.I am his first patient using aligners. 6 weeks ago he changed my trays and it did not fit perfectly but he said everything was ok. 3 weeks ago it did not fit well at all, and I called him but had no clue what to do. I forget to say that he lied to me by saying that he was a provider and has a clearcorrect certificate, but he is not because I called clear correct. So what can I do?
