Hi Rebeccab444:You have a few options.  I routinely reduce the length, width, and height of the chin and jaw for people.  We do this completely through the inside of your mouth so there is no need to have any scars on the outside.Please see the video which will give you more information.Best of luck!

Thank you for your picture. In my opinion you would benefit from a modest genial reduction.  This would involve contouring the bone to reduce the prominence of your chin.  Over reduction should be avoided to prevent drooping of the chin tissues.  Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in genioplasty surgery. Best wishes.
