Will the length of my nose shorten/lengthen? Considering the bend in my nose is most noticeable near the tip will the cartilage be replaced maintaining the length or will it just simply be removed? Female, 18. Nose has been crooked from birth and the crooked tip has resulted in my lips being asymmetrical too.

Many surgeons pick and choose cases depending on whether they think they can get a good result. I agree that yours is a different looking nose than most rhinoplasty candidates. Most come in mainly because of a hump on the bridge. But I’m sure you can find a good surgeon willing to do your case.
