Recently I was turned down by two seperate Plastic Surgeons, one here in the states and one in Turkey, both, after examing my nose (without using CT scans or other imaging) determined that I have a severly deviated septum, thick skin and cartilage deformity. Both stated that my case is too complex for their approach. Where should I look now? Is there hope for complex cases like mine? Can it be fixed functionally and aesthetically? What's the cost range?
