How will Bellafill in my face respond to Accutane?

After having acne for over ten years my doctor is recommending I get on accutane. My acne is no longer severe but persistent. I have not had a clear face since I began breaking out. My biggest concern is how accutane will impact the bellafill in my cheeks and temple. It’s been over a year ( coming into two ) of the Bellafill injections. I had two syringes injected to treat volume loss and pitted acne scars. Is it safe for me to go on accutane? I’m worried of an unintended reaction with the 2
