I have a film that crosses my vision after cataract surgery. What can I do? (photos)

Dr. say's it's floaters, however it's quite large and interferes with my sight. I can feel it as I move my eye, they say that's dry eye. I have taken several pictures that show the obstruction at different locations as I move my eye. Here are a few.

Thank you for posting your photos and for your questions. It is difficult to determine the problem without evaluating you in person. It probably is something not serious and easy to figure out. Make appointment with an eye specialist.

Floaters would interfere with how you see but not how you feel with your eye.
Dry eye would affect how you feel and to a lesser extent, how you see.
98% of the time floaters are not that bothersome within a 4 months of their onset.
For the other 2% that have persistent bothersome floaters, Laser Floater Vitreolysis may be an option as well as Pars Plana Vitrectomy (PPV). PPV is overall safe but has some serious risks to consider.
We would not be able to see your floaters from those photos.
