Thermage is monopolar radiofrequency, heat, that goes into the skin to create controlled inflammation which your body heals by creating collagen and elastin. Thermage will help tighten and lift the face3 however. Weight loss, Kybella injections, and/or CoolSculpting may be options for facial slimming for you however, especially under the chin! Thermage radio frequency tightens existing collagen and produces new collagen.  The pattern of pulse placement also causes lifting.  Thermage will not dissolve fat.
