Mid face volume loss after losing 70 pounds - is Thermage in my mid face a good option? (Photo)

I have mid face volume loss/deeper NLF’s after losing 70lbs as well as being in my late 30’s. I am confused by the term ‘skin tightening’. What kind of mid face changes can Thermage accomplish? Am I a good candidate for this treatment?
