How would Thermage affect rolling acne scars? (Photos)
I am a 38 yo Asian F who has had rolling acne scars since I was a teenager. In the recent 5 years, I’ve done 6 rounds of microneedling RF (Scarlet) and at least 4 rounds of Resurfx laser for the scars, but with minimal improvement for the decades old rolling acne scars. I was recommended Sculptra and subcision, which makes sense, but I am feeling very apprehensive about the potential complications from Sculptra or any fillers or injections. I understand that you need a filler to keep the skin elevated once subcision cuts off the tethering, but are there any other alternatives to pair the subcision (middle or deep layer) with? Also, I am planning to get Thermage FLX soon (for skin tightening and anti-aging). How should the sequence of the procedures be for optimal results? Would getting Thermage FLX prior to subcision negatively impact my rolling acne scars?
