Hello the number of treatments required to dissolve filler varies greatly according to the type of filler used and the reason dissolving is required.If, as in your case , it is for inflammatory reaction , many ( I have seen up to 10) treatments may be rquired.Be reassured that this may the treatment required .Good luck
