If I get hyalase in my tear trough that went wrong, will my cheek fillers get hyalase too? (Photo)

Thanks for your question.  Hyaluronidase is injected directly in the area to be dissolved.  Although the injections are targeted to specific areas, there is always a possibility that some of the enzyme may diffuse to the adjacent areas.  If this were to occur, it would be unlikely to dissolve a significant amount of your cheek filler, although you should be prepared for the possibility that you may need a small touch-up.
Hyaluronidase is a pretty straightforward procedure and swelling is usually gone by the next day.  Anytime you have an injection you have a risk of bruising.  It can also take several sessions to dissolve all the filler.  Hope that helps.

No, hyaluronidase will only work where injected. It may take a series of treatments. It is an injection, but your injector will take comfort measures to decrease discomfort. Hope this helps.

Thankyou for your question.Unfortunately the tear trough area is a tough one. There is always the risk of swelling. This is why i would rather attempt to treat it indirectly.The hylase will work and not it will not dissolve the cheek. It does spread a little but not that far.I hope this helps and good luck.
