If I get hyalase in my tear trough that went wrong, will my cheek fillers get hyalase too? (Photo)

I had tear through done not long ago and it kinda went wrong, which I’m very upset about. I’m too puffy, very swollen and very discoloured, my under eye bags has also turned blue. And for some reason i have little lines under my eyes too, little strange white stripes. I’d like to have it hyalased but if I hyalase my tear through will my cheek fillers go with it? Does it hurt? Is there any downtime? I’m very nervous..
