1 month post BR, open wound under breast. How long will this take to heal? Does it look infected? (photos)

It is common for the breast reduction incisions to separate like this. In most cases, washing the open wounds with soap and water daily and covering them with a non-stick dressing such as adaptic or Vaseline gauze is all that is needed. If there is excess drainage and/or redness around the open wound, infection may be present and the wounds should be inspected by a physician.  

You need to contact your PS for advice and ask him/her whether they have any possibility of providing follow up for you locally. If not you are best to get a second opinion face to face.
