1 month post BR, open wound under breast. How long will this take to heal? Does it look infected? (photos)

I had a breast reduction about a month ago. A few days ago I removed my gauze and it removed the scab and now I have this open wound and it’s making me really depressed every time I look at it. How long will this take to heal? I have no signs of infection, does it look infected ? What should I do ? I had the surgery out of the state so I have no one to help m right now. I’m putting Neosporin and come covering it. Will Manuka Honey help it close faster?

It is common for the breast reduction incisions to separate like this. In most cases, washing the open wounds with soap and water daily and covering them with a non-stick dressing such as adaptic or Vaseline gauze is all that is needed. If there is excess drainage and/or redness around the open wound, infection may be present and the wounds should be inspected by a physician.
