They go on a slant and some teeth are bigger than the others and my dentist won't do anything for it.
Answer: Refinement and aesthetic consult As an aesthetic dentist who is an elite provider of Invisalign I would suggest a refinement scan/molds taken and a decision should be made if anymore movement could correct some of your concerns regarding canting or slants. In regards to the concern of some teeth being larger than others, many times a combination approach to Invisalign is utilized that includes alignment with Invisalign, whitening procedures, aesthetic bonding procedures and veneers to give proper size, shape, color and symmetry to a smile. Orthodontics has its limits. Aesthetic dentistry stretches those limits that are set by orthodontics alone. This is why a general dentist should always be the main provider of treatments they feel comfortable treating or at minimum be the quarterback of all dental treatments.good luck!

Answer: Teeth Slant You said your dentist. As an invisalign premiere provider elite( practicing in both n.y and nj. ) it is my cosidered opinion that your treatment should be transferred to an orthodontist, who only practices orthodiontics. Good luck

Answer: Slanted teeth Photo is not really sharp. If you mean slanted left to right you simply need further refinement with invisalign. If you mean slanted out, know that upper and lower front teeth should both be slightly slanted forward. If the uppers are slanted like this -- \ -- too much or the lowers like this -- / -- too much, then the only way to get them back is to either remove teeth behind them (ick) or do some of the interproximal reduction (sandpaper between the teeth) to allow them to be leaned in. The angles of \ and / are actually about the correct angle.
