Hello doc, I have a PCOD problem In regularity in menses and have hair growth in my chin area. I have a wheatish skin tone doctor please suggest me the best laser treatment for the Indian wheatish skin tone

Hello and thank you for your question.  Although it is best to see a photo, most newer lasers can treat darker skin types.  We use a Diode laser called Soprano (made by Alma) which can be set at different parameters to safely treat darker skin types. Make sure to see an experienced laser technician.  If you are weary, ask him/her to do a test spot on another area of your body before treating your face.  Best of luck.

I suggest a combination approach of :

For facial rejuvenation I would suggest a combination approach of :
  
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
  
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
  
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium
  
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
  
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
  
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

for hair removal YAG or diode lasers are the safest for all skin types.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer
