I have done Fotona 4D about 30 hrs ago. I had very high burning sensation after the procedure. Advice? (photos)

.i used post laser treatment cream and hydrationg cream during this time.and know i have find very much redness over my skin face like burning.what should i do and what has happened.i am very scared!

Dark skin needs aerolase for this area for hair removal and you should be on lightening creams, vitamin c and even cosmelan 2. I suggest seeing an expert to prevent any long term hyper pigmentation.  Best, Dr. Emer.
