For acne scars: microneedling, Derma Roller or M22 laser?

I would like to know the difference between micro needling and m 22? And also which one has better results? I have acne scars for 10 years or so and havent taken any laser treatment.And I m confused about taking such treatment as I am very sensitive.

You can have the microneedling and IPL done on the same session. In my practice I do the laser first followed by the microneedling.
