I have rosacea and was told by my dermatologist that I'd be a good candidate for IPL to reduce redness, even complexion, and get rid of visible blood vessels. I've heard several horror stories of people getting burned by IPL, so I want to make sure I am being treated with a good laser and know all of the necessary information going in. I am being treated by a board-certified dermatologist, but I want to make sure every factor is as good as it can be. Is the Lumenis M22 a good laser for my concerns?
