In  my opinion, it is possible to do combination treatments on the same day. It's important that you have a physician who is experienced in these treatments. The energy and density of  the IPL and depth and intensity of micro-needling needs to be adjusted to accommodate a treatment on the same day. Ask to see photos of patients who had a similar treatment.

You can have the microneedling and IPL done on the same session. In my practice I do the laser first followed by the microneedling.
