Neuralgia and cosmetic procedures?

I was treated for internal shingles but did develop trigeminal neuralgia. I’ve been off carbamazapine for a year and got the Clear and Brilliant laser. I’ve since experienced headaches and facial pain. Are cosmetic procedures too risky for me? I’m interested in a facial fat Radner or fillers (temples, cheeks, jowls, and neck) or will this all trigger neuralgia? I am depressed with how I look but also cannot live with severe TN again. Would appreciate some advice and suggestions.
