I want to start with laser. Which of the following is the best for dark hairs?

Thank you for this question! Laser hair removal is my favorite and I have done more than 40,000 procedures so far on all skin types. I presume you have lighter skin. Darker the hair and lighter the skin, better the response to laser treatment. It also depends on the area of the body. Are you talking about face, underarms, legs, or bikini or all of them? Legs and bikini do very well. I like to use Alexandrite for those with lighter skin, and for thicker hair I would use both Nd:YAG and Alexandrite to reach different depths of the hair follicles. Ideally at different stages of laser hair removal sessions, provider might have to use different wavelengths and different power and other settings to get effective response: this is based on the area of the body, texture, color and density of hair and previous response to treatment and presence or absence of sun exposure recently. Both cynosure elite and Palomar are great. Once the hair becomes thinner, diode and Yag won't help as much and will need Alexandrite to address thinner and lightening hair.
