We have done more than 60,000 laser procedures on all skin types over the last 15 years and with that experience, I can tell you that paradoxical hair stimulation is extremely unlikely in bikini area when good amount of energy is used, as compared to face and neck. We have never seen a single paradoxical hypertrichosis (hair stimulation) in bikini area. You are all good.

Botox relaxes the muscles of expression, precisely and in a predictable manner for the right candidate for treatment. Unfortunately there is no alternative cream that can do what Botox or similar products can. Use regular skin care and just a few more weeks, everything should start rolling. 

The amount of redness/pinpoint depends on the depth of the micro needling done. Deeper gives more redness and you will be red and puffy for about 3 days. If its not too deep redness might only last a day. Ask your provider about the depth used at both sessions, and that might explain your situation. Its customary to go deeper when treating acne scars. 

Any form of Botulinum toxin (Botox, Xeomin or Dysport) can be administered on the same day on different areas. Its better to have it administered on the same day so the effect can be properly monitored and spaced, hence its better to choose one provider. Botox is a simple procedure and lower part of the face is off-label and considered advanced areas. Hence any experienced physician well-versed with the anatomy of the face should be able to provide the service. Good luck! 

If you have started antibiotic sometime back, it may be okay to get the lip fillers; but in general better to wait until you are better, just because of the theoretical risk of bacteria seeding the filler, considering there will be so much manipulation of a highly vascular area during the lip injections.
