Not sure about gyno surgery results. I'm currently 8 days post gyno surgery. He did a combination of lipo & gland removal. So far however, I'm not sure about the results... I mean it looks like he just removed a small amount of gland but pretty much all the fat is still there. The obvious thing people might say is that I'm too impatient and I need to wait, but my problem with that is, that is doesn't feel like it's swollen at all. It just feels like a lot of fat is still present in my lower chest.

As you suggest in your question it is much too early to judge your result. The swelling from your surgery is at its maximum in the first 3 weeks so may look very different in a few weeks time. Other possibilities are the presence of extra fluid under the skin called a seroma or even blood a haematoma. You should contact your plastic surgeon who carried out  the surgery and discuss your concerns with them.Best wishes
