I have dark skin after pmma buttocks injections. Any suggestions?

What can I do about the discolouring in my buttocks after pmma and hydrogel injections? I have no pain or hardness only discoloring.

In areas where the material can not be removed, injection of local acting steroid (kenalog) might prove helpful to limit  and control the inflammatory process.

Thank you for your question. There are no legal buttock injections in the United States. Board-certified plastic surgeons perform autologous (your own) fat injections using liposuction, and then inject, contour and sculpt your fat back into your buttocks. Any other form of injection is dangerous...
