buttock injections in the United States. Board-certified plastic surgeons
perform autologous (your own) fat injections using liposuction, and then
inject, contour and sculpt your fat back into your buttocks. Any other form of
injection is dangerous and can lead to severe complications.

All Plastic Surgeons around the globe cant be wrong, if we all say its too dangerous to do it, must be a really good reason. Ask that "doctor" you found in Tijuana, if he also removes the PMMA after complications arise, and ask him for pictures about this treatment. Use your brain, and dont put your life in more risks than necessary.
