Thank you for your question! We recommend waiting 2-3 weeks to receive a microdermabrasion post-waxing, this depends on your skin's sensitivity and the intensity of the microdermabrasion machine's tip. Most patients benefit from receiving a microderm treatment every 4-6 weeks. They may be closer together and/ or paired with other modalities depending on your skincare goals and desired outcomes (acne, pore size, sun damage, premature aging, etc.)
Thank you for your question. Two weeks is common amount of time to wait. Results last different amounts of time for different people. Generaly 4 to 6 weeks. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for your best treatment options.

Lower arm skin "weakness" is typically related to thinned skin from chronic sun damage. Also, if you are on blood-thinners such as aspirin, you are also more prone to have bruising here. I doubt microdermabrasion will be of much benefit. Retinol or retin-A based creams are a great starting point...
If you want to improve the quality of your skin, I would tell you to get some good skin care routine recommended by a skin expert, your dermatologist. Microdermabrasion really isn't going to do that for you. Hope this helps!
