Want natural round breasts: do I need a breast lift or no? (photos)

Hello, inserting breast implants does not position the nipples higher on the chest but they can increase overall breast size and upper fullness. If you want more fullness and are satisfied with the current position of your nipples, implants alone may be an option. However, the surgeon who did a proper in-person examination will be the best source of advice regarding implant sizing, pocket position and the pros/cons of breast lift surgery. You don't need a lift and appear to desire more than what is "natural" for your body size. I would recommend going under the muscle to avoid the round look, seeing the implant edge and better upper breast fullness.

If you want natural breasts then you do not need implants but fat transfers would be an option. Your breasts are slightly low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
