I don't have visible vessels. I have KPRF or Rosacea (Constant Red Cheeks) with smooth diffuse redness. I have had BBL treatments with no success and a couple of Vbeam treatments (6 J/CM^2 @ 1.5ms) which induced bruising but no real change in the red appearance. I also had treatment with the Cynosure Multiplex 595nm/1064nm laser and saw some improvement. This lead me to believe that the 1064 may be better for clearing the diffuse redness than the V Beam. I was wondering if Laser Genesis is a good option for diffuse redness?

The laser genesis method is great for healing. This will take 2-3 months. What ever redness of teles that are left can be treated with a specific laser, includes PDL, 532 KTP or even 1064 in the non - genesis mode. All the best, Dr Davin Lim
