Can microneedling with PRP and laser Genesis be done together in one session?

I want to get laser genesis specifically for my pores and get microneedling/PRP for skin texture and other things that microneedling achieves. Can I get both these procures done together in one treatment? Are their risk in doing them together?

I just love the new and combined modalities avalilable for treatment of the face!  For the patients benefit, combined treatments such as microneedling and PRP (platelet rich plasma) or my preferred PRF(platelet rich fibrin) as well as YAG laser (genesis) can be useful. If the patient has red spots, tiny blood vessels around the nose or just overall redness, a Laser genesis can be performed first followed by a PRF, microneedling procedure.  The PRF should be left on the face for 8 hours.   The results will be smaller pore size, improved skin texture, reduced redness and very mild tightening of the skin. I also often add injection of PRF into the undereye area.I prefer Platelet rich fibrin to Platelet Rich Plasma because it is a more highly concentrated fibrin plus your own growth factors.

I would definitely space apart, as the redness post microneedling and PRP can be reduced by laser genesis. From a safety POV, no problems, but from a logical point- space apart by 3-7 days. This may give you better long term results, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
