I'm not sure what the ingredients are, so I can't say if this is an allergic reaction. They gave me a take home kit which I have been using religiously except for the decolletage cream last night as it burned too much. I expected redness. Now it's not burning, just starting to itch. I've also put a call into the aestetician who did the treatment. Should I only use the cream every other day or stop completely?

The neck and chest are very sensitive areas. It is not uncommon for them to become red and irrated with Retin A. I would encourage you to discuss your progress with your aesthetician to ensure this is the type of reaction she was hoping for with your treatment.

Hello and thank you for your pictures and question.The neck is a very sensitive area. What you are experiencing is very common. The skin does get itchy as it is trying to heal. The new skin after a peel can burn when applying products. You can apply an over the counter hydro-cortisone 1% and that should help give you some relief from the itching and irritation.The product your aesthetician gave you may contain hydro-cortisone. I would recommend following up with your provider to discuss your concerns.Hope this helps!

You are having an allergic reaction and/ or contact dermatitis to the treatments. I would recommend stopping the treatment, taking some Benadryl and seeing your provider to discuss what is happening.
