Answer: Tetracycline staining Typically, tetracycline stained teeth cannot be bleached. These teeth are stained intrinsically, and bleach removes outer staining on the teeth. A good alternative for you is porcelain veneers. Although I have not done an exam on you, and I am judging off some blurry photos, you look like you are a heavy grinder, and that you have lost some vertical dimension of occlusion (meaning your bite has collapsed from the grinding). You will need to do your research and choose a dentist that is very knowledgeable and skilled with teeth like yours. If you do have a collapsed bite, and you were to put on veneers on the front teeth, they would break because of your bite. You would need to have your occlusion (bite) restored first, and then have the veneers placed. Like I said, make sure you do your research on your dentist when you go down this path!

Answer: Bleaching questions the KOR system would be the next logical step for you if you cannot afford to rebuild your teeth--do realize that un worn front central incisor teeth are about 11mm long--yours look to be about 50% of that length. So even with whiter teeth they are very very worn and short.
