I've just started the KoR Whitening system. The video and instructions state that I should wait to start whitening each night until I'm ready to go to bed. What's the rationale for the direction against starting whitening while watching television or reading a book with the trays in my mouth?Also, is there a recommended number of hours the trays should be in place each night?
